There were 38 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Hays County as of 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 31. Twenty eight of those remained active at that time, while 10 people had recovered.
There had also been 228 negative tests and 15 with results pending. Five people have been hospitalized, with four currently.
