Six more Hays County residents have been hospitalized with COVID-19, the county’s daily report said. There have been 81 new cases overnight, bring the total to 2,275, which includes 111 from the free TDEM testing conducted earlier this month.
Five Hays County residents have died of the virus and 62 have been hospitalized, of which 23 remain so. 1,176 of the cases are in people 20 to 29 years old and 1,354 have been among San Marcos residents.
The daily report also noted that instead of twice daily, the county’s “dashboard” will be updated only once a day. Find the daily reports at haysinformed.com.
