A San Marcos man in his 70s became the fourth person in Hays County to die from the COVID-19 virus.
That was reported in Friday’s 4 p.m. “snapshot” of the coronavirus that also included 13 new cases, bringing the county total to 329. There have been 3,727 negative tests and the results of 38 are pending. One hundred and eighty one county residents have recover, and 144 remain sick. Four people are currently hospitalized.
