Public hearings on the Colony at Cole Springs development scheduled to occur during the Jan. 28 and Feb. 4 meetings of the Buda City Council have been canceled; however, a presentation on the plans will be presented Feb. 4.
The 170.18 acre development would be located south of Old Colony Road and west and north of Cole Springs Road.
It is a voluntary annexation. Other issues that need to be addressed for the development to proceed include zoning and a MUD agreement.
The meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
