WIMBERLEY – Nearly 60% of the Katherine Anne Porter School (KAPS) senior class registered to donate for the campus’ blood drive on Wednesday, Aug. 31.
KAPS considered the blood drive, which was on wheels in the parking lot at 515 FM 2325 in Wimberley, to be a success with 29 donors scheduled – they included students, staff, alumni and community members.
The school will be providing details for the next blood drive, which is expected to be scheduled in the next couple of months.
