Four people remain hospitalized. Ten have recovered and 32 are considered “active.”

There have also been 238 negative tests.

Emergency Management Coordinator Alex Villalobos told the Hays Free Press, "Our Joint EOC is currently working under a Virtual EOC platform.  We are collaborating with all our community partners to plan for response to this current COVID-19 pandemic disaster."

Villalobos had said in commissioners court Tuesday that the EOC would be activated when the county had 30 confirmed cases.
