A 34-year-old Austin man has been arrested for capital murder in connection with the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Luling man and his 16-year-old cousin on June 9

Bryan Haynes is being held in Caldwell County Jail under a bond of $500,000.
He is accused of shooting Klayton Manning and the juvenile, whose name has not been released, as the two were driving in an off road vehicle in a rural area.
Haynes is the only suspect in the case and authorities said he may face additional charges.
He was arrested at a residence in Bastrop County with the assistance of the Texas Rangrs, U.S. Marshal’s Service, the Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office and the Austin Police Department.
