The Hays football team rolled past the Tigers Friday night at Bob Shelton Stadium, beating them 45-28. Above, Dripping Springs’ Liam Dahl never gave up the chase but didn’t catch Hays’ Bryant Lewis before he ran 48 yards to cross the goal line with 8:19 in the second quarter to give Hays a 21-7 lead over the Tigers. Below, Durand Hill (5) leaves Dripping Springs’ defenders behind and on the turf to score a touchdown giving Hays a 28-7 lead with 4:58 remaining in the second quarter.
