The city of Kyle has welcomed Sparrow Partners, a 55+ active adult community, into Plum Creek, which will break ground next week.
Sage Plum Creek will sit on six acres of property, hosting 185 units. This planned community will offer its residents resort-style amenities, daily schedule of organized activities, group outings, wine tastings, cooking classes, game nights and fitness courses.
The first wave of residents is expected to move in toward the end of 2021. Apartment sizes can range between 614 to 1285 square feet and with a one-bedroom or two-bedroom option. The apartments either have private terraces or fenced-in backyards.
“Kyle is growing rapidly as more and more people move to escape rising housing costs in Austin and more older adults move to be closer to their children and grandchildren,” said Sparrow Co-Founder and CEO Jeff Patterson. “Sage Plum Creek will offer the only true active adult community in this area at a location that allows residents to walk to amenities and services and feel like part of a vibrant community.”
