Lehman High’s volleyball program needed only two contests to nearly match its entire 2019 win total after earning back-to-back straight-set wins on Sept. 18 and Sept. 19. Lehman began with a sweep of the Akins Eagles on Sept. 18, followed by a 3-0 win over Marble Falls on Sept. 19. Lehman claimed the program’s first victory since Aug. 30, 2019 and was the team’s first two-match win streak since the 2018 campaign. The Lobos begin district play when they host Seguin Sept. 29 at the Lobo Den. Above, Lehman Lobo senior Isabella Mantilla (7) passes the ball forward during the first set.
