Hays CISD’s District Leadership Team (DLT) serves as an advisory committee to provide input to the superintendent throughout the school year. The committee is comprised of teachers, non-teaching professionals, parents, and business and community members as outlined in board policy. Committee members serve staggered terms.
The committee is currently seeking nominations from the following categories for 2020-2021: three parents (one from each high school feeder pattern), two business members, and two community members (community members are residents that do not have children enrolled in Hays CISD schools).

Completed nomination forms for parents, business, and community member nominees are due to Sami Kinsey at the Curriculum and Instruction Annex on Sept. 18. A public drawing for the parent, community, and business positions will be held on Sept. 25, at 4:30 p.m., in the Hays CISD Curriculum and Instruction Annex located at 4820 Jack C Hays Trail, Buda, Texas 78610.
