Staff Report
A juvenile suspect was detained Oct. 21, on a “Directive to Apprehend warrant for Murder” by the Hays County Sheriff’s office regarding the May 15 arson and death investigation in Elliott Ranch.
The juvenile was transported to the juvenile detention center.
