Joan Ross, chief operating officer for Ascension Seton Medical Center in Hays, was appointed to the Kyle Economic and Tourism Board.
Ross started at Seton in Hays on June 1. She was the executive vice president and COO at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Pennsylvania prior to her position in Texas.
With more than 30 years of nursing and health administration experience, Ross will be filling the healthcare seat on the board.
