Baylor Scott & White is the only healthcare system in Texas to rank in the top 10 as a Top Military Friendly Employer designation.

"Building programs that help those who serve and creating a robust support system that fosters flexibility is important to us. It provides the opportunity to welcome and grow these highly trained, dedicated team members who bring diverse viewpoints to our work."
The healthcare system was ranked No. 4 in the government/non-profit organization category. Baylor Scott &White was able to achieve this award by having over 2,100 veterans as employees in clinical, support and administrative positions.
Employees in the system also have access programs and organizations that support the veterans. Baylor Scott & White has also furthered their veteran initiative through hosting and participating in outside programs and institutions.
