The Kyle Planning and Zoning Commission approved retail and residential zoning at its Aug. 11 meeting before city council gives their approval.
The commission assigned original zoning to about 15.48 acres of land from agricultural land to retail service, along with assigning 12.25 acres of land from agricultural land to multi-family residential. The property is located on the southwest corner of Kohler’s Crossing and Interstate Highway 35 Frontage Road.
