City of Kyle approves development & zoning near Kohler’s Crossing

Kyle City Council unanimously voted Aug.18 to approve a development agreement for the southwest corner of Kohler’s Crossing and southbound Interstate Highway 35 Frontage Road. 

City council also approved the Planning and Zoning Commission’s request to assign original zoning to the property. While 15.48 acres will be zoned for retail service (RS), Howard Koontz, director of planning and community development, explained to the city council the residential zoning available for the property.
