Renee Hill distorts the facts and espouses unproven conspiracies about Democratic candidates to avoid discussing the appalling records of Trump, Cruz and Cornyn. To quote a former Senator: “Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not to his own facts.”
Ms. Hill ignores the findings that Trump calls our military troops suckers and losers and that Russians put bounties on U.S. Troops. She fails to mention that Trump refuses to take the pandemic seriously and discounts the scientific community’s expertise, calling Dr. Fauci and scientists “idiots,” at the same time holding super-spreader events. As of October 22, over 6,000 people in Hays County have tested positive for Covid-19. There have been 8 million cases In the United States with 223,000 deaths, one of the worst records in the world. This tragedy happened under Trump’s watch.
Ms. Hill, who is concerned with Biden’s son’s business in Asia, ignores Trump’s secret bank account in China and the Trump family’s corruption around the world. Trump campaigned to “drain the swamp” but once in power swamped the drain with over 200 criminal indictments. A large number of former Trump appointees, Republicans all, now support Biden because of the lack of morals and leadership in this administration. Sen. John Cornyn who publicly supported Trump diverting Pentagon funds for a border wall, now says his relationship with Trump is like a woman who gets married thinking she can change her spouse and finds out she can’t. Too bad, he didn’t speak out earlier.
Ms. Hill refers to Citizens Against Government Waste’s super-hero award for not spending tax dollars to Sen. Cruz, who a few years ago accused Trump of being “a pathological liar, a narcissist, and utterly amoral.” However, she is silent on the fact that Trump paid only $750 in federal income taxes in 2016 and 2017 and declared huge losses to receive large tax refunds. Trump is the first president since WWII to see a net loss of jobs during his term and has presided over the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives from Covid-19. With those facts in mind, vote for your health and pocket book.
