Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who was last seen December 28, 2018, leaving his home in Kyle, Texas.
Three days after Christmas, Omar Maya-Rangel, 32, left his home in a green Ford Expedition, which was later found with all of his belongings in Caldwell County near the Blind Salamander RV Park (2025 N. Old Bastrop Hwy).
