Hays County emergency officials are asking for residents to avoid the area of Emerald Green Trails and Moon Stone Trail in the Stonefield subdivision in Buda due to a residential gas leak.
At this time, officials have not deemed it necessary to evacuate the area. However, fire personnel are in the area monitoring the situation, while crews are working to fix the leak, according to the Hays County Office of Emergency management.
