The Kyle Police Department is investigating the death of an adult male, identified as 19-year-old Benjamin Verse, a resident of Kyle, who was found deceased in the 2200 block of IH-35 on Wednesday, September 25 at approximately 12:35 a.m. during a police patrol, according to a press release from the department.
A Kyle Police Supervisor located Verse alone in his vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business. Justice of the Peace Beth Smith ordered an autopsy and police are continuing the investigation.
