The Dripping Springs Lady Tigers soccer team took care of business Friday as it rolled past the Austin LBJ Lady Jaguars 4-0.
The Dripping Springs Lady Tigers began the game hot and continued to dominate for the next 80 minutes. After getting off three solid shots in the first seven minutes, the Lady Tigers found their first goal in an unorthodox way.
Senior Jessica Carmichael sent a cross across the goal in an attempt to set up her teammates, but the ball deflected off an LBJ defender and bounced off the right post and into the goal for the Lady Tigers’ first goal of the match.
