HAYS COUNTY – Summer temperatures are high. What’s a better way to stay cool than by taking a dip in the pool?
The Hays CISD aquatic programs at Hays High School, Lehman High School and Johnson High School co-hosted their annual swim and water polo camps through Friday, July 15, for incoming 8th through 12th grade students.
This year, the camp was held at the Plum Creek lap pool at 5820 McNaughton in the Plum Creek subdivision. Swimmers were able to learn more about the sport, ranging from the various swim disciplines to many of the important fundamentals.
