DRIPPING SPRINGS — Outdoor entertainment and arts venue Dreamland celebrated independence Day weekend with live music, tons of family-friendly activities, and, of course, fireworks.
Dreamland’s Fourth of July festivities kicked off on July 2 with Kids’Day, featuring a petting zoo, splash pad, playscape, face painting, balloon art, and a barrel train ride.

Later in the evening, hundreds more showed up as the venue opened for more family-friendly fun, including its signature pickleball court, disc golf, and mini-golf courses, an art walk to see the venue's many sculptures, mosaics and murals, lawn games like cornhole and Jenga, and live music from Pat Byrne and Bob Schneider, all before rounding out the night with a firework show from its main lawn.
Dreamland continued its Fourth of July fun on July 4 with food, drinks, and desserts from local favorites and Dreamland’s own beer garden — including a special signature “Firecracker” cocktail. There was free mini-golf for first responders and the chance for patrons to paint bricks with positive messages to be placed around the mini-golf courses.
