BREAKING: Suspect charged in Kyle homicide

KYLE – Noe Raymundo Ibarra, 30, was arrested and charged with capital murder for the death of two men in Kyle.


On July 12, at approximately 10:43 pm, the Hays County Sheriff’s Office dispatch received a call from a male subject who advised that he had shot two people. The call originated at the 100 block of Lawnsdale in Kyle. 


Deputies responded to the address and found two deceased males who had suffered gunshot wounds. Ibarra was identified as the caller and he was taken into custody after being identified as the shooter. Detectives are currently interviewing multiple people and working on notification of the next of kin of the victims, according to the Sheriff’s Office. 


Ibarra was transported to the Hays County Jail where he was charged with one count of Capital Murder, which is a first-degree felony.
