Hundreds of athletes quite literally flexed their muscles during the annual Rebel Powerlifting Meet Saturday, which drew a handful of schools from the Central Texas area. The host Rebel boys powerlifting team came away with the gold medal overall, with four athletes taking home first place finishes. Lehman High’s girls powerlifting team also experienced success with a second place overall finish, with six school records broken.
