The Kyle Police Department is investigating the death of a 41-year-old woman whose body was found between the Amberwood and Indian Paintbrush subdivisions, according to a press release.
The woman was found outdoors early Monday morning between the two subdivisions, which are located next to each other and are in the northeast part of the city.
Initial police reports indicate there are "no visible injuries" to the woman, according to the release. Authorities have not identified the victim at this time.
"We are notifying next of kin," said Captain Pedro Hernandez in a statement. "At this time, we do not suspect foul play, but we are not ruling anything out until we complete our investigation."
