Billie Dean Owens was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma on April 18, 1942. She passed away peacefully on Monday, July 11, 2022, while surrounded by her family.
Billie’s greatest joys in life were being a wife, mom, and Ahma.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, JB Owens of Buda, Texas. She is also survived by her three devoted sons and their wives: Mike and Toni, Pat and Deb, and David and Tina.
She was Ahma to eleven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, with two great-grandchildren on the way.
She was the matriarch of her family and will be greatly missed.
Billie’s family celebrated her life on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 10 a.m. in the chapel at Harrell Funeral Home, 1715 Kirby, Kyle, TX 78640. A private family committal service followed at Live Oak Cemetery in Manchaca, Texas.
