The 2018 Hays County Youth Livestock Show and Expo officially kicked off Jan. 13 with the annual opening ceremonies and horse show, which were all held in Dripping Springs. The event leads into the show, which will be held Jan. 20-27 at Dripping Springs Ranch Park.
