Authorities have arrested a Dripping Springs High student who they believe is connected to the overdoses of three classmates within the past week.
Alyssa Qualls, 18, of Dripping Springs, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance to a child, a second-degree felony, and a state jail felony charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, according to a Hays County Sheriff’s Office press release.
An investigation was launched after the HCSO responded to three separate drug overdose calls involving Dripping Springs High students who ingested lysergic acid diethlamide (LSD).
Qualls was then arrested and has since been booked into the Hays County Jail on $10,000 bond.
