Eighteen combined kills from seniors Catherine Croft and Jamie Agnew Friday pushed the Hays Rebels volleyball team past the Lehman Lobos in a 25-6, 25-9, 25-7 senior night win at Bales Gym.
Hays (27-17, 13-4) solidified its playoff positioning with the victory and secured a third place finish in the 25-6A standings. The Rebels also extended its win streak to a season-best five matches in a row, while also notching the program’s 26th straight win over the rival Lobos.
On Tuesday, the Rebels closed the regular season with a four set win over the Anderson Trojans.
