Starting this month, the Hays Free Press and News-Dispatch is opening up the nominations process to find the Citizens of the Year (COTY) for 2018. We’re asking our readers to name an individual who exemplifies a high level of service in the areas of Community, Education, Government and Business.
Our search for COTY 2018 will encompass Buda, Kyle and Dripping Springs. We will unveil all 12 of our winners and publish profiles of them in our December ECHO magazine, which hits shelves Dec. 5.
