Construction on five Hays County road transportation projects east of Interstate 35 is underway, with some improvements expected to be completed by 2019.
The five projects on the east side of the county include construction on Dacy Lane, Hillside Terrace, FM 2001 to State HIghway 21, Windy Hill Road and Cotton Gin Road.
