Officials have ruled the death of a man found in a Buda area home July 26 as a homicide, according to a Hays County Sheriff's Office press release.
The victim has been identified as Brandon Lamont Fotnette, 36, of Buda, according to the release. His death was ruled a homicide by the Travis County Medical Examiner's office.
