A large development project being kept under wraps took a step toward fruition this week as the Kyle City Council approved the final plat for a 24.562 acre development.
The commercial plat is a part of Project Magic Mint, which according to city officials, is a large development city leaders have worked on during executive sessions and are waiting to announce.
