Seaman Apprentice Ethan Desilva of Dripping Springs currently serves with base security at Naval Station Norfolk, the largest Navy base in the world. Desilva has served in the Navy for less than a year and works as a master-at-arms that is responsible for security operations. “The Navy has taught me attention to detail,” said Desilva. “It helps with everyone in life if you pay attention to the details.”
