Two people were killed and two others were injured after an accident along FM 2001 in Hays County Monday.
A Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) spokesperson said the accident, which involved two vehicles, occurred along FM 2001 close to the Hays and Caldwell county line. The drivers of both vehicles, who have not been identified, died in the accident, the spokesperson said.
One child was transported to Dell Children Medical Center, while an adult was transported to South Austin Medical Center. The conditions and identities of the child and adult, who were passengers in the same vehicle, are unknown at this time.
No cause has been determined in the accident. DPS is continuing to investigate the incident.
