UPDATE:
On Thursday, a Hays County jury found prominent Buda realtor Jason Tarr guilty of second-degree intoxication manslaughter and first-degree murder, according to a tweet by the San Marcos Mercury. The jury's verdict came less than 24-hours after they began deliberations.
