The Kyle Police Department is investigating the death of an adult male in Steeplechase Park, according to a city press release.
Kyle Police Chief Jeff Barnett said officers do not believe the case is criminal in nature and that it is an isolated incident, according to the release. Barnett said there is no threat to the public.
Hays County Pct. 2 Justice of the Peace Beth Smith has been called to the scene.
