Drew, a longtime fixture in the Hays High athletic department front office, retired after 18 years as the school’s secretary to the athletic director/coordinator. During Drew’s tenure, Bob Shelton, Blake Feldt and Neal LaHue were athletic directors or athletic coordinators at the school. Erica Castillo has been hired to fill Drew’s position next school year.
