Lake Travis Cavalier dominance in nearly every phase of the game spelled doom for the Lehman Lobos in a 49-0 loss Friday at Cavalier Stadium.
Lehman (1-7, 0-4) couldn’t halt an efficient Lake Travis pass attack that went 15 of 15 for 238 yards and a pair of scores.
Cavalier senior quarterback Matt Baldwin, who tossed only four passes in the game, threw for 136 yards and two scores in the game. Backup quarterback Hudson Card finished by going 11 for 11 for 102 yards.
Lake Travis complied the rest of its damage on the ground. Twelve Cavaliers recorded at least one carry in the game. Senior Kyle Wakefield and senior Travis Atchley both led the team with 35 yards rushing.
Lobo woes continued on offense as the group only amassed 64 total yards in the game.
Freshman quarterback Bryant Lewis was 5 of 19 for 20 yards passing and added 21 rushing yards on 15 carries.
Senior running back Kaleb Preistly rushed for 12 yards on nine carries.
