KYLE — At approximately 4:28 p.m. on March 31, Hays County Narcotics deputies attempted to serve a search/arrest warrant on a male individual at the Saddle Creek Apartments in Kyle.
The suspect refused to come outside and barricaded himself inside the apartment.The Hays County SWAT team was utilized and the male suspect came out of the residence and was apprehended without incident.
The individual is identified as: Zamarron, Juan Oscar (DOB: 05/05/1963). Zamarron was charged with the following: tampering/fabricating physical evidence, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
This is an ongoing investigation and no further information is available at this time. However, there is no danger to the public.
