Lehman High School freshman Ashley Luna poses for a photo near the U.S. Capitol building in Washington D.C. Luna was recently selected to represent the Migrant Education Program of Hays CISD as part of Close UP 2017. Luna, along with other students from ESC Region 13, got to tour New York City and Washington, DC.
