After completing a historic 10-0 regular season, Dripping Springs' reward will be a first round playoff matchup against a formidable LBJ Jaguar squad with the potential to throw a wrench in the Tigers' engine. LBJ, which finished second in a competitive 25-5A, has a variety of playmakers on offense starting with QB Aaron Green, who has thrown for over 1,300 yards and has 18 touchdowns. LBJ has also found success with its run game which has four players with 200 or more rushing yards. It could be one of the biggest tests for a Dripping Springs' defense that's only allowed an average of 14 points per game. Meanwhile, Dripping Springs' prolific offense, which has racked up over 5,000 yards, could be too much for an LBJ defense that's given up 22 points per game. With high expectations following the Tigers, all signs point to a potential trap game. Expect plenty of big plays and sensational moments in what could be a closer-than-expected contest.
