Thousands took to Buda City Park over the weekend for the 4th annual Buda Fajita Fiesta, which was put on by the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce. The two-day event featured numerous local acts including Lehman’s Mariachi Los Lobos and the Texas State Mariachi Nueva Generaction. Others took in some of the more interesting events such as the annual chihuahua beauty pageant, which featured a little luchador, a ballerina and many others. In the evening, local country and tejano star Rick Trevino performed along with Amanda Solis’ “A Tribute to Selena.” Austin area radio personality Bama Brown emceed the event.
