This week, the Hays CISD Education Foundation presented Barton Middle School’s Michael Snead with his Hays CISD Secondary Teacher of the Year commemorative ring. Foundation President Rob Dahse made the surprise presentation of the Herff Jones-provided ring and was joined by Interim Superintendent Dr. Ann Dixon, as well as Barton Assistant Principal Rachel Joiner and others.
