Progress continues on the Elementary School No. 14 site, which was approved under Hays CISD’s May 2017 bond proposal. Now, district officials are looking for nominations for a name for ES 14, as well as the district’s third high school. Oct. 16 is the deadline for name submissions, which will then go to a naming committee, which recommends names to the school board.
