Budget could be amended in August amid legislation changes
District continues with Spectrum, to pay staff during closure
DRIPPING SPRINGS — Following a public hearing during it's June 24 meeting, the Dripping Springs ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved a $123.68 million budget for the 2024-25 fiscal year, with a deficit of $2.89 million.
DRIPPING SPRINGS — The Dripping Springs ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved its hazardous transportation route designations, as well as a course that teaches braille for visually impaired students, during the consent agenda portion of its May 20 meeting.

DRIPPING SPRINGS — Dripping Springs ISD parents and students spoke during the public comment period at the April 22 board of trustees meeting about proposed changes that would remove certain language from the district’s nondiscrimination policies.
DRIPPING SPRINGS — The Hays County League of Women Voters hosted a candidate forum for the upcoming Dripping Springs ISD Board of Trustees election, where residents will choose three out of the five candidates vying for the at-large positions, on April 10 at the Sententia Vera Cultural Hub.
Dripping Springs ISD families participating in the district’s after-school program, Kids Club, will see an increase in the tuition rate.
