Domestic violence victim advocate coordinator to provide knowledge to potentially endangered victims

SAN MARCOS – “Hays County has seen too many young people and children as young as 15 years of age die in the throes of a fentanyl overdose,” said Hays County District Attorney Kelly Higgins.
Following the April 19 conviction by a jury, Jeffery Alan Scott Jr. was sentenced to life in prison for attempted capital murder and aggravated assault of a public servant on April 24.
