BUDA — Despite the span of several meetings discussing the potential project, the state of the Persimmon development in Buda is currently paused.

— Several citizens came forward to voice their concerns regarding the proposed Persimmon development at the regular Buda City Council meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 1 prior to a workshop and deliberation in an effort to establish terms for a development agreement (DA) with MileStone Community Builders.

BUDA — On June 29, the city of Buda issued a response to letters mailed by MileStone Community Builders to residents regarding the proposed Persimmon project located off RM 967.

— From ongoing development negotiations to local events, Buda City Council discussed several items at the March 21 meeting.

BUDA — MileStone Community Builders’ proposed Persimmon development once again went before Buda’s Planning and Zoning Commission to no avail.

BUDA — A few weeks ago, a number of residents in the city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Buda received an anonymous survey pertaining to the proposed Persimmon development. Now, developer MileStone Community Builders is providing some clarification on the reasoning for the survey and its results.
