BUDA — On Tuesday, July 16, residents from the city of Hays and nearby neighborhoods gathered in a meeting room at the Comfort Suites in Buda to oppose a proposed wastewater treatment permit for MileStone Community Builders’ planned Hays Commons subdivision.
